Roof console

I fitted a roof console with the generous help of Jochen, a fellow LR-nut. He did an amazing job and I think, apart from being really handy, the console also looks the part!

The base was attached to the roof with rivets. The sheet metal had been folded with a bender.
That's the outer fitting. Also folded with same bender. Holes drilled for the switches (lights front and rear) and the radio.
The outer side of the console's face.
The wiring for the switches.
Fuse and connector box in under-seat battery tray.
The fitted console. Shows the perspective well.
Other perspective.
From the side.
A job well done :) Thanks Jochen!
